Revocation Policy
1. Right of Revocation You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
2. Revocation Period The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
3. Address To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Name of Jimdo Shop Owner’s shop/business, Address, plz and country, phone number and email address) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form, but this is not mandatory.
4. Compliance with the Deadline To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
5. Consequences of Revocation If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
6. Right to Retain We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
7. Return of Goods You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. 8. Return Costs You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
9. Compensation for Contracts for Delivery of Goods You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
